DESCRIPTION:Inspired by Warrington Museum & Art Gallery’s eclectic collection, Michelle Leigh presents a new series of paintings shaped by selected objects. The exhibition explores how imagination can reframe what we see, bringing overlooked artefacts into renewed focus.\n\nLeigh is an established painter, trained at Manchester Polytechnic and Newcastle University, whose work is held in collections in the UK and internationally. Working across oil, watercolour and print, her practice draws on place and memory, distilling everyday scenes into evocative, pared-back images.
