DESCRIPTION:\nJoin Lush for Reiki Reset, an intimate evening of guided meditation and Reiki, designed to help you slow down, restore calm, and reconnect mind and body.\n\nHosted after hours in a peaceful and welcoming environment, this small-group session offers a chance to step away from the pace of everyday life and dedicate time to your wellbeing.\n\nThe evening includes:\n• Guided relaxation and meditation\n• Group Reiki session\n• Organic herbal tea following the session\n• Time to unwind and connect\n\nWhether you’re completely new to Reiki or simply looking for a mindful way to end your weekend, Reiki Reset offers a gentle space to pause, reflect and recharge before the week ahead.\n\n𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧\n• No previous experience of meditation or Reiki is necessary.\n• Please arrive by 5:45pm to allow time to settle into the space before the session begins.\n• The session will begin promptly at 6:00pm. To avoid disruption to the group, late arrivals will not be admitted once the session has started.\n• The majority of the evening will be spent lying down during guided relaxation and the Reiki session.\n• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel to lie on during the session.\n• Guests are welcome to bring a blanket or cushion for additional comfort.\n• Organic herbal tea will be served following the session.\n• Please note that there are no customer toilet facilities within the store.
