SUMMARY:Twisted Fairytales
DESCRIPTION:Twisted Fairytales is a creative commission by Culture Warrington, developed in partnership with local artist Annie McGee and Warrington Wolves Foundation’s WolfPrint programme as part of Warrington Arts Festival. \nThrough a series of imaginative workshops, participants were supported to collaborate, creating original characters, handcrafted sets and a collection of stop-motion Twisted Fairytales. Exploring character development, clay sculpture, filmmaking and storytelling, the group reimagined familiar tales through their own unique perspectives and lived experiences. \nThis exhibition celebrates their creativity, collaboration and imagination, showcasing a body of work that reflects the voices, ideas and talents of everyone involved. \nImage via Culture Warrington\n
