SUMMARY:Sophie McCartney: One Foot in the Rave
DESCRIPTION:Parenting perils to perimenopausal panic with the Warrington comic who became an overnight success\nA mum-of-three whose brutally honest exploration of parenting transformed her into an award-winning comedian is bringing her new tour to Warrington.\nSophie McCartney – better known as ‘Tired and Tested’ – will present One Foot in the Rave at Parr Hall on Friday, 30 May.\nIt will not be far to travel for the Liverpool-born stand-up, podcaster and double Sunday Times bestselling author as she now lives just down the road in South Warrington.\nSophie’s journey towards fame and ‘mumfluencer’ status began in 2017 when her parody of the Ed Sheeran hit, The Shape of You, went viral.\nThe relatable video about parenthood, sleepless nights, smelly bedsheets and Dairylea was simply created to entertain Sophie and her friends but it propelled her to internet stardom.\nIt was viewed millions of times on Facebook and YouTube and was reported on around the world.\n
