Next week, Warrington town centre will become a week-long destination for food lovers as it hosts its first-ever Restaurant Week from Monday, 6th to Sunday, 12th October.
Organised by Warrington Business Improvement District (BID), the event brings together the town’s best restaurants, cafés, bars and market traders, offering a variety of experiences and special deals to encourage visitors to explore the town.
Well-known names including San Lorenzo, Ask Italian, and Discobowl are taking part alongside independent favourites such as Warrington Market, White Lace Bakery, The Queen’s Wolf and The Blue Bell.
Andrea Morley, BID Project Manager, said: “It’s fantastic to see so many of Warrington’s restaurants, cafés and bars taking part. This is a great chance for them to show what they do best and for people to experience the town’s food and drink offer at its finest.”
Families can enjoy relaxed dining across the town centre. Children under 16 eat free with an adult main at Warrington Market’s Cookhouse, while White Lace Bakery is serving cream tea for two at £10. Couples looking for a date night have plenty of choices, from two courses for £20 or three for £25 at The Botanist to a cosy Sunday roast for two with wine at The Queen’s Wolf for £30.
Groups of friends can make an evening of it at Discobowl with two cocktails, pizza and a side for £20, or grab budget-friendly meals at Ask Italian, where pizzas start at £5, and The Blue Bell, offering three courses for £13.95.
For those with bigger appetites, Pop-Inns Musical Theatre Bar has bottomless cocktails and hot dogs for £45, while Krapow Thai is giving 10% off food and drink. Rhode Island Coffee is also tempting visitors with 2-for-1 on seasonal drinks, perfect for a mid-shopping treat.
