Bread Making Class

Mamars Artisan Bakery & Licensed Delicatessen is hosting a hands-on bread-making class on Sunday, August 3rd, from 10am until 2pm.

This technical workshop offers a practical introduction to baking both sourdough and yeasted breads from start to finish, open to anyone interested in learning traditional bread baking.

Participants will take home two freshly baked loaves made during the class, along with a sourdough mix to continue baking at home the following day. Additionally, attendees receive a pot of starter culture and a bag of flour, perfect for ongoing bread baking. Refreshments will be provided throughout the session, which also includes expert guidance and the chance to connect with fellow baking enthusiasts.

Mamars has taught over 400 people to bake bread, with this class costing £65 per person. It is already nearing capacity, with a waiting list in place due to high demand.
