Join Claire Houghton for (MY) Menopause Yoga. MY supports women who are going through menopause with a holistic approach to this natural part of life’s journey. Asana practices can help maintain strength and flexibility. Pranayama and relaxation techniques learnt in class can be used in daily life whenever necessary to soothe the mind and body.
