Join Hotpod Yoga at 8:30am on Sunday, 15th June for the perfect end to your week.
You will meet at the pod (1 Time Square), go for a little run and get back for the 10am flow class.
The teacher, Stu, will guide you seamlessly from posture to posture giving you options to move in a way that feels right for you.
