Warrington’s Lunar New Year Celebrations Return for 2025

Warrington’s Lunar New Year celebrations are back this February with an exciting lineup of events to bring culture, colour and entertainment to the town centre.

Marking the Year of the Snake, the two-day event will feature performances, workshops and activities for all ages. Visitors can enjoy performances from Liverpool’s Hung Gar Kung Fu School, K-Pop dance displays and calligraphy workshops, among many other activities.

The celebrations will take place at Golden Square, Time Square, Warrington Market, Warrington Museum and Art Gallery and Central Library, and are free to attend for everyone.
