Waves (Grandma’s House)

Waves (Grandma’s House) is a life size knitted sculpture by Culture Warrington Associate Artist Marie Jones of her grandmother Margaret’s home in Great Sankey.

It will be floating down from the rigging at Parr Hall from Sunday 20th July to Saturday 26th July. Visitors can walk through the front door, between the walls and into the rooms used by Marie’s grandmother.

On the opening day, Sunday 20th July there will be 30 minute ticketed sessions all day: book here

12:00pm, 12:30pm, 1:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:00pm, 2:30pm, 3:00pm, 3:30pm, 4:00pm & 4:30pm.

Free open sessions, no ticket required for the rest of the days.

Monday 21st July: 3:00pm – 8:00pm

Tuesday 22nd July: 3:00pm – 7:00pm

Wednesday 23rd July: 3:00pm – 8:00pm

Thursday 24th July: 3:00pm – 8:00pm

Friday 25th July: 3:00pm – 8:00pm

Saturday 26th July: 2:00pm – 9:00pm
