Santa Letter Service
If you and your little humans haven’t written your letters to the big guy yet, don’t worry! The Entertainer can help out. In-store on Saturday the 19th of November between 11am and 3pm, they’re hosting their letter-writing sessions with some store elves. Go in, write your letter, and post it in-store to receive your FREE personalised reply from Santa! This is a fantastic free event for children of all ages.
The Big Toy Appeal with the Salvation Army
Is back again for 2022 running through November customers will have the opportunity to pick up an extra toy in the store and donate to the Salvation Army via our in-store donation points. For every toy donated The Entertainer will match it with another toy donated!
The Entertainer will also be accepting the Operations Christmas Child shoeboxes during their national donation week starting 14th November.
Quiet Hour
The first hour of trade every day in every store is The Entertainer’s quiet hour – a time when the store music is off, loud demos off and where possible lights are dimmed – our aim is to give a calmer shopping experience for those who wish to take partake in it.
