Warrington Food & Drink Festival – Coming This May

Warrington Town Centre is getting ready to host the first-ever Warrington Food & Drink Festival – a brand new free event taking over Bank Park on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th May 2025.

Delivered by Warrington BID in partnership with Independent Street, Warrington Borough Council and Culture Warrington – and supported by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund – the weekend-long celebration will shine a light on the town’s growing food and drink scene, with a full programme of activity for all ages.

Expect up to 80 traders including 10 street food stalls, alongside chef demos, live music, family entertainment and hands-on workshops. Whether you’re a foodie, a family looking for a fun day out or just keen to support local – there’ll be plenty to explore across the two days.

The festival is on from 10am – 7pm on Saturday, May 17th and from 11am – 5pm on Sunday, May 18th.

Warrington Food & Drink Festival has been developed in response to local demand and is being funded through the business levy paid by town centre businesses. It’s designed to support footfall, boost the local economy and give people a fresh reason to spend time in Warrington.

More updates and full event details will be shared soon – and if you’re a local trader, chef or performer interested in getting involved, you can register your interest now via Independent Street’s website or by emailing [email protected].

We can’t wait to welcome you to the very first Warrington Food & Drink Festival.
