The Welcome Back Festival is back once again with a fresh new line-up of entertainment including Stilt Walkers, Circus Workshops, and a Circus Show! The events will tie in nicely with The Tour of Britain Stage 5 Finish at the Golden Gates. Here is the schedule for Thursday the 9th of September:
Stilt Sets
You can’t have a circus without stilt walkers! They will be located at Bank Park at The Tour of Britain spectator area before the finish of the race.
Circus Workshops
If you head over to Time Square then you will find the Circus Workshops where children and adults will be able to learn circus skills such as juggling, hula hooping, and aerial skills on their pop-up aerial rig, all in a safe environment with highly skilled and experienced instructors.
The Big Show
Time for the Showtime Circus artists to WOW you with their own show including aerial acrobatics, hula hooping, and more! All artists have performed internationally with the circus and bring to you a super fun, family show which you can get involved in.
